Our Commitment: A Standard of Mutual Respect and Professional Excellence
1. Booking & Reservation Policy
Token Amount: To block your event date, a non-refundable token amount is required. The specific amount will be determined based on the scale of the event.
Advance Payment: To finalize all arrangements, we require a 50% advance payment of the total estimated budget at least 15 to 30 days before the event date.
Final Settlement: The remaining balance must be settled on the day of the event, prior to the start of the final service.
2. Commercial Venue Constraints & Logistics
Venue Coordination: For events in commercial complexes, banquet halls, or business hubs, we advise clients to clarify venue-specific rules (e.g., power supply, gate timing) well in advance.
Operational Timing: We are aware that many commercial venues impose strict deadlines, such as power disconnection or mandatory early closure. To avoid any inconvenience, we require a clear timeline of the venue’s operational hours at the time of booking.
Working Hours: Our team typically requires a minimum setup time of 4–6 hours (depending on the menu complexity) and a breakdown period of 5 hours post-event. Any additional charges imposed by the venue for exceeding these hours (due to late-night cleanup or light/power shutdowns) will be borne by the client.
3. Menu & Guest Count
Finalization of the menu and the guaranteed number of guests must be confirmed at least 15 days before the event date to ensure the highest quality of service.
4. Cancellation Policy & Office Appointment Policy
WeIn case of cancellation, the token amount & Advance remains non-refundable as it secures your date in our calendar. For cancellations within the 15–30 day window, the 50% advance will be subject to a deduction based on the expenses already incurred for procurement.
To ensure we provide you with dedicated time and personalized attention for your event planning, please schedule an appointment at least 3 days in advance before visiting our office.
5. Reputed Commitment to Excellence

Respect & Safety: We maintain a professional environment for our staff. Any form of mistreatment, abusive language, or inappropriate behavior toward our team members by the client or their guests and Venue employees staff will be the sole responsibility of the client. We reserve the right to suspend our services if the safety, dignity, or professional environment of our team is compromised
5. Professional Conduct, Mutual Respect, and Staff Safety

Commitment to Excellence: Our staff members are trained to maintain the highest level of professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency at all times. We expect the same level of mutual respect from our clients, their guests, and any third-party venue or banquet staff.
Prohibited Behavior: In today’s event environment (2026), we have observed instances where banquet or venue staff, as well as guests, exhibit unprofessional or abusive behavior toward catering personnel. Any form of harassment, verbal abuse, or derogatory conduct—whether from a client, a guest, or Kolkata venue Banquet staff—will be treated with the utmost seriousness
Client Responsibility:
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure a respectful working environment for our team. Should a client, their guest, or venue staff engage in mistreatment of our employees, the client shall be held fully liable.
Right to Take Action: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding the mistreatment of our staff. If our team is subjected to abusive behavior or if our service is intentionally obstructed by venue personnel, Black Diamond Caterer reserves the right to take immediate administrative or legal action, including the suspension of our services on-site.
Enforcement: Our priority is to protect the dignity and safety of our employees. We will not hesitate to exercise these rights to ensure our staff operates in a respectful and secure professional environment, free from external interference or abuse.
